Promo Engine

Ask a person

Email contact@promoengine.church. It's read by the person who built Promo Engine and runs it at his own church, and you'll usually hear back the same day.

There's no ticket number and no bot. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and a screenshot if you have one.

The guides

There's also an assistant in the bottom right of every page. It's read both guides and can answer most things straight away.

Things people ask

Somebody didn't get their email. Check the address on their account matches the one they actually use, and look in their spam folder. If your church is on Slack they'll get a direct message instead — and only if their Slack email matches too.

An event moved and the promotion didn't. Open the campaign and change the date; everything unfinished moves with it, keeping weekdays and lead times. If the event came from Planning Center, that happens on its own.

Everything looks late. Building a six-week run for something three weeks away puts half of it in the past. A shorter level, or a later date, will fit.

We want to start again. Email us. We'd rather understand why first — usually it's a framework that doesn't match how your church actually works, and that's fixable without losing anything.

When something's broken

If a page won't load or an action fails, a hard refresh fixes it more often than you'd expect — hold shift and click reload.

If it persists, email contact@promoengine.church with what you were doing. Include your church's name so we can look at the right account.
